• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives and technical standards.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing data pipelines and workflows to support large-scale data processing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing frameworks to optimize data storage and computation.
• Ability to work with various data formats and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting of data systems to maintain high availability and efficiency.
• Knowledge of programming languages commonly used in data engineering such as Python, Java, or Scala.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
