Summary

As an AI Native Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and delivering software solutions that integrate artificial intelligence at their core. The role focuses on creating production-ready applications by embedding AI throughout the software development lifecycle. This includes designing, validating, and refining solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and compliance requirements. Continuous enhancement of software processes and operations is a key aspect, fostering innovation and efficiency in how software products are built and maintained within the team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI-driven software development with project goals.
• Assist in documenting best practices and knowledge sharing to support team growth.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging AI-native software engineering trends.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform customization and integration.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and AI-native engineering principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within ServiceNow environments.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of maintaining software quality and compliance in AI-driven projects.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
