As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and engineering comprehensive features of software systems, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The role requires delivering innovative and effective solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within a cloud-first and agile environment, the engineer collaborates across teams to address complex business challenges and drive project success through thoughtful and efficient software development practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet project requirements.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in integrating front-end and back-end components for full stack development.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance across multiple layers.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
