Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong banking and financial services experience to support complex business transformation initiatives. You will work with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges, define requirements, redesign processes, and translate strategic objectives into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across banking transformation engagements.
• Assess current-state business processes and identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Define business requirements, target-state processes, and recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Lead workshops and working sessions with senior stakeholders across business functions.
• Analyze complex business problems and translate findings into clear, actionable solutions.
• Work across business and project teams to ensure requirements are understood and effectively delivered.
• Support operating model, process redesign, business readiness, and transformation activities.
• Manage key stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and provide guidance to junior Business Analysts and consultants.
• Strong experience in business analysis, consulting, or business transformation within banking or financial services.
• Solid understanding of banking products, processes, and operations, such as lending/credit, payments, deposits, risk, customer journeys, or banking operations.
• Proven experience in business requirements gathering, process analysis, and process redesign.
• Strong experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to structure complex business problems and develop practical recommendations.
• Experience in consulting or large-scale banking transformation programs is highly desirable.
• Experience leading project workstreams or mentoring junior team members is preferred.
