As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves providing expert consulting services to organizations undergoing complex enterprise transformations that include multiple technology platforms. The role requires offering strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements innovative technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and market trends.

This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous engagement with evolving technology landscapes to support enterprise growth and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead strategic discussions with clients to understand their enterprise platform needs and challenges.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within and across teams to drive innovation.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
• Strong understanding of enterprise platform architectures and integration strategies.
• Experience in advising on technology cost optimization and value realization.
• Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with diverse teams and clients.
• Capability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technology strategies.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
