Summary

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments.

Collaboration with multiple teams and continuous monitoring of system health are integral parts of daily activities to provide seamless application experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations and streamline release processes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools, SAP Basis Administration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Basis Administration.
• Strong understanding of system monitoring techniques and tools specific to SAP environments.
• Experience in managing application lifecycle including configuration, deployment, and release management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionalities.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
