Roles & Responsibilities

• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Assist in documenting technical specifications and user guides to support software deployment and maintenance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously monitor and optimize software performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll configuration and integration within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, time management, and employee data management modules.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll calculations and compliance.
• Familiarity with SAP system upgrades and patch management affecting payroll functionalities.
• Knowledge of data migration and validation techniques specific to SAP HCM Payroll.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
