• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Strong experience in software development lifecycle methodologies including agile and iterative approaches.
• Ability to design and implement custom modules and enhancements within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to supply chain management software.
• Experience with integration of enterprise applications and data flow optimization.
• Competence in performance tuning and ensuring scalability of software solutions.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
