Technology Transformation Manager

Location: Lisbon, Santos 37

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and transformation engagements, translating business priorities and complex technology challenges into actionable recommendations, target-state solutions, and transformation roadmaps
• Assess and challenge existing business processes, technology landscapes, enterprise architectures, and operating models, identifying opportunities to improve business value, operational performance, cost efficiency, and resilience
• Lead the development of technology assessments, business cases, transformation plans, and executive recommendations, ensuring alignment with client strategic objectives
• Manage project teams and workstreams, ensuring effective planning, coordination, quality assurance, risk management, and delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders, facilitating workshops, governance discussions, and decision-making with senior client management
• Translate complex business and technology analyses into clear, compelling presentations and recommendations that support management decisions
• Coach and develop team members, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of innovative approaches and methodologies
• Contribute to business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development, client presentations, and the creation of thought leadership and reusable practice assets
• Lead technology transformation workstreams and modernization initiatives, including digital foundations assessments, target architecture and solution planning, and implementation roadmaps
• Manage transformation governance, coordinating implementation teams and stakeholders while overseeing milestones, risks, dependencies, readiness, and realization of expected business outcomes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate qualifications or an MBA are valued
• Typically 6+ years of relevant professional experience in technology consulting, advisory, project management, or technology transformation
• Proven experience leading consulting workstreams or technology transformation initiatives, managing teams and engaging directly with clients
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex challenges and develop practical recommendations
• Good understanding of enterprise technology environments, architecture, IT operating models, and technology transformation approaches
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including experience interacting with senior business and technology leaders
• Ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, and their business and operational implications
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
