Oracle Delivery Lead

THE WORK

Discover the opportunity to lead complex Oracle engagements and drive successful delivery outcomes for our clients. As an Oracle Delivery Lead, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across Oracle programs, ensuring solutions are delivered with quality, on time, and in alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with client stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and leadership to manage delivery commitments, address risks, and drive key decisions throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle programs and projects, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments, solution objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Oversee project scope, delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, resources, and overall program performance.

Provide delivery leadership across Oracle functional and technical workstreams, ensuring effective coordination and integration across teams.

Establish and maintain strong governance practices, including status reporting, risk management, escalation management, and executive stakeholder communication.

Build and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams focused on achieving project and client outcomes.

Partner with client stakeholders and internal leadership to manage expectations, resolve delivery challenges, and support key business decisions.

Monitor project financials, resource utilization, delivery performance, and operational metrics to ensure successful engagement outcomes.

Identify delivery risks and dependencies proactively, developing mitigation and recovery plans when required.

Support talent planning, team development, and resource strategies to ensure the appropriate capabilities are available throughout the program lifecycle.

Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence across Oracle engagements.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Expert proficiency in Oracle Delivery Management and large-scale technology program delivery.
• Advanced experience managing complex Oracle implementations, transformations, or application programs.
• Strong experience in project governance, risk management, resource management, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary functional and technical teams across complex delivery environments.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in technology delivery, consulting, or related areas, including leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience leading large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation or implementation programs.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including ERP, HCM, SCM, or EPM.
• Experience working with global or distributed delivery teams.
• Advanced executive stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project financials and contractual commitments.
• Advanced problem-solving, strategic planning, and risk management capabilities.
• Experience managing complex programs involving multiple workstreams, integrations, and business stakeholders.
