Head of FP&A

Job Title : Head of FP&A Employment type: Permanent, hybrid (2 days per week in our Manchester office) Salary: Competitive, depending on experience We’re looking for a Head of FP&A to build and lead the financial planning and analysis function at AccessPay, a growing, PE-backed SaaS business. This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape our planning processes, develop our financial models and influence decisions across the business.

Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the Financial Controller, you’ll provide the executive leadership team and PE sponsor with clear insight into performance, growth opportunities and investment decisions. You’ll combine hands-on financial analysis with commercial business partnering, working closely with department heads across sales, product and other functions. As the business scales, you’ll also have the opportunity to build and develop a small FP&A team.
