Within the ACCIONA Internship Program you will be part of a team that will involve you in projects from day one, you will be accompanied by experts who will help you develop your skills and participate in the day to day of a global company.

En ACCIONA buscamos incorporar un/a becario/a en el área de Comunicación Recursos Humanos, para dar soporte en la planificación y gestión de proyectos, así como en el desarrollo de las comunicaciones e iniciativas del área.

Funciones

• Dar soporte en la planificación, coordinación y seguimiento de proyectos del área, organizando tareas, plazos y entregables.
• Mantener la interlocución con los diferentes equipos de Recursos Humanos y coordinarse con ellos para conocer las necesidades del cliente interno, recopilar información y preparar las comunicaciones dirigidas a la organización.
• Elaborar presentaciones, documentos y contenidos, participando en la redacción y revisión de comunicaciones relacionadas con Recursos Humanos para diferentes públicos.
• Participar en el desarrollo de iniciativas de HR Marketing, contribuyendo a trasladar los proyectos y mensajes de Recursos Humanos al resto de la organización.
• Proponer ideas y nuevas formas de comunicar, preparando borradores y propuestas creativas y colaborando con la responsable del área en su desarrollo y puesta en marcha.
• Required Skills and Competencies

Requisitos

• Estudiante de último curso de ADE, Comunicación o titulaciones afines. Se valorarán especialmente los perfiles que combinen ambas disciplinas.
• Interés por la gestión y planificación de proyectos, la comunicación interna y el ámbito de Recursos Humanos.
• Buenas habilidades de redacción y síntesis.
• Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente PowerPoint y Excel.
• Nivel de inglés C1.

• Creatividad e iniciativa para proponer ideas y desarrollar propuestas.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación e interlocución con distintos equipos.
• Proactividad, autonomía y capacidad resolutiva.
• Orientación a negocio y capacidad para entender las necesidades del cliente interno.
• Facilidad para relacionarse con personas, trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a diferentes interlocutores.

Condiciones

• Posibilidad de firmar un Convenio de Prácticas con la universidad, cursando último año de grado.
• Disponibilidad para realizar una beca de 6 meses a jornada completa.
• Incorporación inmediata.
