Sales Enablement Analyst

Location: 611 Anton Blvd, Ste(s) 1300, 1400, & 1500 - COSTA MESA, CA

Acrisure is seeking a Sales Enablement Analyst, to support the Head of Sales Enablement with the mission of empowering our Client Advisors and Growth Leadership with the systems, tools, processes, insights, and training & development to drive the best client experiences and outcomes, which in turn will drive strong organic revenue growth and operational efficiency. This role will help formulate and execute exciting growth initiatives for the Growth team (i.e. Client Advisors) to continue the strong momentum in the business.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Marketing Technology Strategy

• Assist with the ongoing support and optimization of sales and marketing tools and systems.
• Help maintain data accuracy and basic reporting within enablement technology platforms.
• Support documentation, testing, and rollout of new tools or system enhancements.

• Data & Growth Insights Platform

Partner with Growth Analytics and Product teams to manage critical KPI Dashboards and develop custom analytics models.

Translate data into actionable insights to proactively identify significant opportunities for market growth and operational improvement.

• Competitor and Market Intelligence

Lead the build-out and management of a robust Competitor Market Intelligence Program.

Gather, synthesize, and disseminate real-time, actionable market research, trends, and competitor insights to the field organization, directly influencing competitive strategy and opportunity identification.

• Cross-Sell and Retention Strategy (Bundling)

• Support analysis related to cross‑sell, upsell, and retention initiatives.
• Assist with tracking metrics such as adoption, retention, and customer engagement.
• Help prepare reporting to support growth and retention conversations.

• Incentives and Performance Management

• Assist with reporting and analysis for Client Advisor incentive and performance programs.
• Help track program outcomes and performance trends.
• Support coordination with Sales Enablement and Finance teams on reporting needs.

• Performance Marketing Partnership

• Support sales enablement analytics related to performance marketing initiatives.
• Assist with campaign performance reporting and ROI analysis.
• Help package insights and findings for internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project coordination skills.
• Comfortable partnering cross-functionally to support multiple stakeholders and is a creative problem solver.
• Strong understanding of financial statements.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong business acumen, work ethic, and grit.
• Exposure to sales data, dashboards, or performance reporting preferred.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required. Will consider 4+ years relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree. Business, Finance, Accounting or related major preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking (Associate+), consulting, corporate finance, tech startups, sales enablement, marketing or related functions.
• 2+ years demonstrated experience with financial statements, custom analytics and/or financial modeling.
• Insurance, financial services and/or competitor market intelligence experience preferred but not required.

Pay Details

The base compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $175,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
