EOR HR Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity available in our MILES EOR team based in Leiden in the Netherlands. As an International and HR Employment Consultant within the MILES EOR team, you combine employment law knowledge with hands-on operational execution. You are responsible for ensuring legal compliance throughout the employee lifecycle, while also supporting the day-to-day delivery of our Employer of Record services. You work closely with the EOR Manager, our EOR Operations Coordinator and EOR Management Accountant in a small, highly collaborative team.

In addition to your legal expertise, you actively contribute to onboarding, offboarding, employee support, client support, and various operational HR processes. This is not a purely advisory role. Success in this position requires a strong combination of HR knowledge, legal understanding, operational discipline, accuracy, and a willingness to be actively involved in daily HR administration and service delivery.
