We're hiring for a Transformation & Strategy, Project Manage to play a pivotal role in one of the most significant transformation initiatives within the business. Reporting into the Integration Management Office (IMO), you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a large-scale integration programme. Working across multiple regions and functions, you will partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into executable programmes, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, risks are effectively managed, and benefits are realised.
In addition to driving integration delivery, you will lead the identification, business case development, and implementation of AI and automation opportunities within the transformation portfolio. Working closely with functional leaders, you will help translate innovation opportunities into scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and long-term business value.
