We are seeking an experienced FW BMC Engineer to lead the development and maintenance of BMC solutions that power our next-generation platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing BMC features to meet diverse customer needs, ensuring high efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
As a key member of our R&D team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional groups to deliver tailored BMC solutions that create tangible value for our clients and strengthen the company's competitiveness.
【Responsibilities】
- Lead and participate in BMC software and firmware development.
- Maintain and enhance existing BMC solutions to ensure stability and performance.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and system teams to integrate BMC features.
- Provide technical support and customized solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Continuously explore new technologies to improve efficiency and functionality.
【Qualifications】
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in BMC development (OpenBMC, IPMI, Redfish, or related domains).
- Strong knowledge of embedded Linux systems, C/C++, Python, or shell scripting.
- Familiarity with server management protocols and standards (IPMI, PLDM, MCTP, Redfish).
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
【Preferred Skills】
- Experience with AST2600 or similar BMC SoCs.
- Knowledge of hardware interfaces such as I²C, SPI, PCIe, and GPIO.
