Job Summary
Lead financial forecasting across large programs. This covers budget development, monthly forecasts and accruals, variance analysis against plan, capital and O&M tracking, and vendor spend monitoring, so executives get accurate, timely visibility into program costs.
Guide program teams through the monthly actuals vs. budget cycle, including close deadlines, forecast updates, variance explanations and accruals. Keep every program on the same schedule and standards so the numbers are complete, accurate and comparable across the portfolio.
Manage vendor invoices from receipt through payment, checking hours, rates and amounts against statements of work, purchase orders and approved timesheets. Work with vendors so their contractors charge the right time codes and capital and O&M work is classified correctly.
Own day-to-day financial control across large portfolios with many programs, including setting up project codes, tracking remaining contract balances and rolling program financials up to the portfolio level. Partner with Finance, Procurement and program leads to keep spending within budget and records audit-ready.
