Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez

Une offre de stage intitulée « Gestion de Projet & Solutions Digitales (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus sur son site de Toulouse.

Vous rejoindrez le département « Service Bulletin Production Operations (SIMYPO) » en charge de l'activité Retrofit aéronautique, améliorant les opérations de nos clients en concevant et en supportant des solutions Retrofit à forte valeur ajoutée (Service Bulletins - SBs).

Votre stage consistera à être au cœur de deux piliers opérationnels clés : le développement et la gestion du Tableau de Bord Projets & Initiatives (cockpit opérationnel central) ainsi que l'amélioration continue et la numérisation de la solution SQCDP existante, en faisant le lien entre les besoins opérationnels et l'exécution digitale.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en février 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à

• Développement et pilotage du Tableau de Bord Projets & Initiatives : Échanger activement avec l'équipe opérationnelle et le manager pour recueillir, analyser et traduire leurs besoins en un outil de reporting visuel central (cockpit exécutif) pour la prise de décision, le suivi de roadmap et les présentations stratégiques.
• Amélioration continue & numérisation de la solution SQCDP : Moderniser et optimiser la solution de management visuel existante (sous Google Sheets) afin d'améliorer le suivi opérationnel quotidien, les routines d'équipe et la visibilité des indicateurs (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People).
• Automatisation des processus & workflows : Identifier les goulots d'étranglement administratifs/opérationnels et développer des solutions automatisées (Google Apps Script, macros, flux de travail) pour simplifier la saisie de données et la gestion des actions.
• Gestion des parties prenantes et adhésion : Faire le lien entre les équipes métier et l'exécution technique, gérer les évolutions de fonctionnalités et garantir une adoption fluide des outils digitaux par les utilisateurs.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Pilotage de projet digital de A à Z : De l'analyse du besoin initial jusqu'au déploiement, à la conduite du changement et à l'adoption finale par le management et les équipes.
• Maîtrise du Lean Management & SQCDP : Application concrète des méthodologies d'amélioration continue et de management visuel dans un environnement aéronautique à forte valeur ajoutée.
• Expertise en Visualisation de Données & Automatisation : Conception de tableaux de bord décisionnels complexes et automatisation de workflows opérationnels dans l'écosystème Google Workspace / BI.

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure

Vous êtes actuellement en Master (ou 5ème année d'école d'ingénieur / école de commerce) en Gestion de Projet, Génie Industriel, Management des Technologies, Systèmes d'Information ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes

• Compétences techniques :

○ Tableaux de bord & BI : Maîtrise avancée de Looker Studio (champs calculés, instructions CASE, croisement de données / Data Blending, paramètres dynamiques) et bases solides en logique de données / SQL.

○ Écosystème Google Workspace : Connaissance approfondie de Google Sheets (formules complexes, structuration de données), Drive, Docs et Forms.

○ Automatisation & Scripting : Pratique de Google Apps Script (JavaScript) ou Python pour l'automatisation des workflows et connexions API / Webhooks.

○ Gestion de projet & Lean : Solides connaissances des méthodologies de gestion de projet (recueil du besoin, gestion des parties prenantes) et du Lean Management (SQCDP, amélioration continue).

• Soft Skills :

• ○ Sens de l'excellence exécutive & souci du détail : Grande rigueur visuelle pour fournir des tableaux de bord clairs, précis et directement exploitables par le management.
• ○ Communication & Écoute active : Capacité à faire le pont entre les enjeux terrain et les réponses techniques en traduisant les contraintes métier en outils digitaux simples.
• ○ Esprit d'initiative & Autonomie : Capacité à challenger l'existant, identifier les inefficacités et proposer de manière proactive des solutions modernes.
• ○ Conception centrée utilisateur : Souci d'ergonomie pour créer des interfaces intuitives et adoptées avec plaisir par les équipes.

Your mission

An internship opportunity titled: « Internship - Service Bulletin Production - Project Management & Digital Solutions (m/f) » has just opened at Airbus located in Toulouse.

You will join the « Service Bulletin Production Operations (SIMYPO) » department in charge of the aeronautical Retrofit activity, enhancing customer operations by designing and supporting high-value Retrofit solutions (Service Bulletins - SBs).

Your internship will consist in acting as the bridge between operational needs and digital execution, focusing on two main operational pillars: developing and managing the Project & Initiative Dashboard (a central executive cockpit) and continuously improving and digitizing the existing SQCDP visual management solution.

Ideally, this is a 6-month internship and it should start in february 2027 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of

• Project & Initiative Dashboard Development: Actively engage with operational teams and management to gather and translate their needs into a central visual reporting tool (executive cockpit) for strategic decision-making, roadmap tracking, and executive presentations.
• Continuous Improvement & SQCDP Digitization: Modernize and optimize the existing visual management solution (currently in Google Sheets) to improve daily operational monitoring, team routines, and KPI visibility (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People).
• Process & Workflow Automation: Identify administrative and operational bottlenecks, developing automated solutions (using Google Apps Script, macros, or automated workflows) to streamline data entry and action management.
• Stakeholder Management & User Adoption: Bridge the gap between operational requirements and technical execution, managing feature evolutions and ensuring smooth user adoption across teams.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• End-to-End Digital Project Management: From initial requirements gathering and design to deployment, change management, and final adoption by management and operational teams.
• Lean Management & SQCDP Expertise: Practical application of continuous improvement methodologies and visual management in a high-value aeronautical environment.
• Data Visualization & Workflow Automation: Hands-on experience creating complex executive dashboards and automating operational workflows within the Google Workspace and BI ecosystem.

Your Boarding Pass

You are preparing a Master’s degree (or Engineering / Business School diploma) in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Technology Management, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.

You possess the following competences

Technical skills

• Dashboards & Executive BI: Advanced proficiency in Looker Studio (calculated fields, CASE statements, Data Blending, dynamic parameters) and solid foundations in data logic / SQL concepts.
• Google Workspace Ecosystem: Deep knowledge of Google Sheets (complex formulas, database structuring), Drive, Docs, and Forms.
• Automation & Scripting: Practical experience with Google Apps Script (JavaScript) or Python for workflow automation and API/Webhook connections.
• Project Management & Lean: Solid grounding in project management methodologies (stakeholder management, requirements gathering) and Lean Management principles (SQCDP, continuous improvement).

Soft Skills

• Executive Excellence & Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on presentation standards to deliver clear, accurate, and actionable dashboards for decision-makers.
• Communication & Active Listening: Ability to bridge floor operations with digital tools by listening to user constraints and translating them into practical features.
• Proactive & Autonomous Mindset: Ability to challenge existing manual workflows, spot inefficiencies, and independently propose modern digital solutions.
