The DCTx brings together digital journey, platform, and delivery capabilities to create connected and scalable customer and dealer experiences across AGCO. The CX Journey Team owns the end-to-end customer experience and outcomes, translating customer, dealer and business needs into journeys, priorities and measurable CX requirements. It works upstream with business, brands, regions, customers and dealers, and downstream with other Journey, Platform, Data and Technology teams that provide the capabilities and execution needed to deliver those experiences at scale.The Sr Developer, Salesforce Customer Experience owns AI-supported development and integration of mostly Salesforce customer experience solutions that enable customer listening, onboarding, ownership readiness and AI-driven customer engagement across AGCO's ownership journey.

He partners with business and platform teams to deliver scalable, reusable and globally aligned agentic capabilities that improve customer experience.

Your Impact

Design, develop, test, deploy, optimize, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions, predominantly across Salesforce/agent force, web, integration, data, cloud, and enterprise platforms.

Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality solutions, including APIs, integrations, user interfaces, data flows, automation, configuration, testing, and deployment components.

Lead defined development work packages, contributing to solution design, estimation, technical decisions, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and release readiness.

Collaborate across products, architecture, QA, cybersecurity, data, infrastructure, operations, and partners to identify risks and dependencies and deliver global digital capabilities using agile practices.

Strengthen engineering excellence through secure development practices, AI-assisted development, mentoring, reusable patterns, automation, documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Business Informatics, Data, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Typically, 6–8 years of relevant software development experience, including complex enterprise applications, digital platforms, integrations, cloud, data, or IT delivery.

Strong end-to-end software engineering expertise, covering solution design, development, APIs/integrations, testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and operational support.

Experience leading technical work packages and collaborating across global, cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, QA, Cybersecurity, Data, Infrastructure, Operations, and external partners.

Practical AI and modern technology knowledge, including AI-assisted development, generative AI, AI agents, responsible AI and governance, alongside cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data governance, and agile practices.
