- We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our
- engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development,
- and implementation of custom applications and integrations. You will work with
- modern ServiceNow features like UI Builder and Flow Designer to deliver
- automated, efficient solutions that drive organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Custom
- Application Development: Design and develop applications on the
- ServiceNow platform, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned
- with architectural best practices
Platform
- Modernization: Use UI Builder and Workspace configuration to build
- intuitive, high-performance user interfaces and agent experiences
- Scripting: Develop workflows and business logic using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and
- ServiceNow server/client-side scripting
Automation
& Integration: Implement integrations with third-party systems
using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub
Workflow
Orchestration: Build automated processes via Flow Designer and support
request fulfillment through the Service Catalog
Process
Alignment: Apply working knowledge of ITSM processes and CMDB to help
maintain data integrity and platform health
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience within the ServiceNow platform in a
developer capacity
Technical
Proficiency: Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific
APIs (GlideRecord, GlideAggregate, etc.)
App
Engine: Experience building and deploying Custom Applications
Modern
Toolset: Working experience with UI Builder and Workspace
configuration
Integration
& Automation: Working knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub,
and REST/SOAP web service integrations
Foundational
Knowledge: Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB
structures, and core ITSM modules
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is highly preferred
Advanced
Certification: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a
plus
Quality
Assurance: Exposure to the Automated Test Framework (ATF)
Front-End
Extension: Knowledge of Service Portal or custom components for UI
