The Solution Architect is Akoya's technical bridge between our network and the customers building on top of it, engaging from the earliest pre-sales conversations through implementation, go-live, and ongoing support. This role reports to the Head of Customer Solutions & Support. Solution Architects work hands-on with customer engineering teams — demonstrating the product, scoping integrations, configuring authentication and SSO, and troubleshooting API issues — while building trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from individual developers to executives.
It's a highly technical, customer-facing role that combines deep API and security expertise with strong communication and problem-solving instincts.
