Acumatica Senior Consultant (Construction) Role and Responsibilities : Lead client software implementations from discovery and solution design through deployment and post-go-live support.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance, resolving complex issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Apply Aktion’s implementation methodology, best practices, and quality standards to support successful project outcomes. Proactively communicate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to manage expectations, identify risks, and keep projects on track. Apply functional and construction industry expertise to recommend solutions that align with clients’ business processes and operational needs.

Collaborate with other consultants and share knowledge and best practices to support successful implementations. Education, Experience and Skills: Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction ERP consulting, implementation, or construction financial/operational systems. Strong understanding of construction industry processes, including job costing, project accounting, billing, contracts, and financial management. Experience with one or more Construction ERP platforms, such as: Sage 300 CRE Acumatica Microsoft Dynamics Infor Epicor Other comparable construction ERP solutions Strong accounting and financial knowledge with the ability to understand client business requirements and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.

Experience leading or independently managing ERP implementation activities, including discovery, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. Ability to work directly with clients, troubleshoot complex business issues, and provide recommendations based on construction industry best practices. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Location: Remote- work from home. Travel up to 20% Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 This position offers a competitive salary, additional incentive, with the potential for performance-based bonus.
