Program Overview
SMP is an 18-month performance-driven development journey for high-potential Emirati talent preparing for first-time management. It helps participants transition from individual contribution into effective people management through immersive development, just-in-time learning and real management experience. You will experience an applied development journey that blends structured learning with practical workplace exposure, guidance and opportunities to demonstrate impact. The emphasis is on learning by doing, building relevant capability and connecting development to real business priorities.

Eligibility Criteria
UAE National
- Minimum 3 years of total professional experience
- Excellent English proficiency
