Drive firewall policy hygiene through regular rule reviews, recertification, cleanup, risk reduction, and coordination with cybersecurity, application, cloud, and infrastructure teams.
Define and track platform health, availability, performance, supportability, and security metrics; identify trends and lead corrective actions.
Coordinate with vendors, managed service providers, and contractors; establish technical expectations, review deliverables, and hold partners accountable for service quality.
