The Sr Staff Data Migration Engineer serves as a highly specialized technical leader responsible for directing the organization’s most complex and strategic customer data conversion initiatives across Alkami Digital Banking implementations, mergers, and enterprise onboarding programs. This role applies broad expertise across migration architecture, banking data ecosystems, operational scalability, implementation strategy, and cross-functional leadership to drive successful execution of enterprise migration engagements and influence migration practices across the organization.
The position leads large-scale coordination efforts involving Implementation, Technical Consulting, Engineering, Product, Operations, vendors, and executive customer stakeholders to align migration strategies, mitigate operational risks, and improve migration reliability and customer outcomes. The Sr Staff Data Migration Engineer is recognized as a subject matter expert who drives operational excellence, shapes migration
methodologies, and contributes to organizational strategy through leadership of transformational migration initiatives, scalable operational frameworks, and enterprise conversion best practices.
