HR Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing and all payroll-related tasks across several countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Manage benefits enrolment, changes, and employee inquiries
• Coordinate other employee lifecycle processes and HR admin operations
• Respond to employee questions about policies, pay, benefits, and HR procedures
• Partner with internal HR teams, Finance, Tax, external providers and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regional regulations.
• Support internal audits and documentation requirements
• Identify inefficiencies and proposes improvements to HR workflows
• Proven experience in multi‑country payroll and benefits administration.
• Strong understanding of labour legislation, Social Security procedures, and payroll management.
• Fluency in English
• Advanced Excel skills.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, able to work in dynamic environments.
