Generative AI & Software Engineering Intern

• 🚀 AI Internship for Embedded Software Development
• Nissan Technical Centre Europe is looking for an AI Intern to support the exploration and application of Generative AI technologies within the Embedded Software Development area.
• The internship will focus on the use of emerging AI technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agents, to support software development activities and improve access to engineering knowledge and technical information.

🎯 Your Mission

Contribute to the development of an AI-guided solution for Embedded Software Development based on current engineering processes.

You will support activities related to

• Investigation and application of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technologies to facilitate access to relevant technical information and engineering documentation.
• Exploration of AI Agent technologies to support software developers during design and development activities.
• Support the definition of AI-based workflows for Model-Based Development (MBD) software components.
• Work with engineering information sources, including development methodologies, design rules, templates, examples and software documentation.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for the application of Generative AI technologies within existing development processes.
• Document findings and recommendations for future AI deployment activities.

👀 Who We're Looking For

Student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in: Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or Related disciplines

Interest in

Generative AI

Large Language Models (LLMs)

RAG architectures

AI Agents

Software Development

• Programming knowledge in Python or similar languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.
