Join us now as Applications Integration Lead in Singapore within the Engineering & Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that business applications across Distribution, Investment & Operations, and Business Enablement are ready for Day 1 and that the post-close migration is planned and delivered in a controlled manner. Working across Investment, Distribution, Data, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, HR and country teams, the role establishes a complete view of the application landscape, defines the appropriate treatment for each application, and provides clear readiness, dependency and risk reporting to programme governance.
The Applications Integration Lead is accountable for leading the application workstream for a multi-country M&A separation and migration programme.
What you do
- Build the authoritative application inventory covering business and technology owners, hosting, key interfaces, data dependencies, criticality and country usage.
- Agree each application’s Day 1 treatment: standalone operation, TSA-supported service, migration or retirement.
- Confirm Day 1 application requirements for each in-scope country, addressing local regulatory, operational resilience and business continuity requirements.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Data, Information Security and Outsourcing on data, access, licensing, retention, privacy and third-party service considerations.
- Develop and manage the post-close application migration roadmap, aligning with target architecture, cloud migration, TSA exit milestones and business priorities.
- Lead application scoping and design workshops with internal stakeholders, counterpart teams and service providers, turning decisions into actions and deliverables with clear owners.
- Identify, track and resolve cross-workstream dependencies across infrastructure, identity and access, data migration, end-user technology, testing, cutover and operational support.
- Maintain the workstream plan, decision log, assumptions, risks, issues and dependencies, with clear owners and escalation routes.
- Define readiness criteria and coordinate testing, cutover, hypercare and service transition for a controlled Day 1 and subsequent migrations.
- Report concise, evidence-based updates to programme governance and the steering committee on readiness, required decisions, delivery risks and mitigations.
- Own key deliverables: application inventory, Day 1 readiness checklist, migration roadmap, dependency and risk tracker, and regular governance updates.
What you bring
6 years+ of relevant technology delivery experience, including leadership of application or technology products.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse cultures, countries and time zones, with sensitivity to local business practices, regulatory environments and language differences; able to build trust, facilitate decisions and drive outcomes in multicultural and multilingual teams.
Strong understanding of asset management business processes and applications.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across functions and regions.
Sound understanding of application architecture, hosting models, interfaces, data flows, cloud migration and service transition.
Strong planning, decision-making and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively through ambiguity, evolving scope and competing priorities.
