We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect ready to define the architecture, set technical direction and govern robust enterprise solutions across our business application landscape at Allianz Technology. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors architecture, integration architecture, OpenText and the wider HR systems landscape is a strong plus.
You will …
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for business applications, define the target architecture and roadmap, and align them with enterprise architecture and business strategy.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable designs covering application, data, integration and security aspects.
- Lead architecture and design decisions, run design reviews and ensure solutions comply with Allianz Technology architecture principles, standards and the Design Authority process.
- Design and govern integrations between applications and platforms, including APIs, middleware, file-based and event-driven interfaces.
- Define and govern the platform strategy, including high availability, disaster recovery, performance, capacity planning, upgrade paths and cloud (Azure/AWS) readiness.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for 3rd-level support and major incidents, lead root-cause analysis and drive long-term fixes together with vendors and internal teams.
- Steer the management of system updates, patches and enhancements, ensuring compliance with IT security and regulatory requirements.
- Embed data security, access control and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations by design in all solutions and integrations.
- Where relevant, contribute to the architecture of the HR application landscape, including SAP SuccessFactors, related integrations and content management solutions such as OpenText.
- Collaborate with IT leadership, business stakeholders, enterprise architects and external vendors, and advise them on technology choices, risks and trade-offs.
- Mentor and coach consultants and developers, set engineering and configuration best practices, and keep architecture documentation and knowledge material current.
