Business Transformation & Innovation Officer

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional transformation and innovation projects
- Bridge business, data, and technology teams to ensure alignment
- Support automation, AI, and digital solution implementation
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Transform underwriting workflows
- Improve pricing processes
- Contribute to portfolio analysis
- Prepare analyses, presentations, and project documentation
Essential Requirements
- University degree (completed or final stages) in business, economics, finance, mathematics, data science, IT, or related field
- Strong interest in insurance product management, underwriting, portfolio management, and product pricing
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration abilities
- Proactive, self-driven mindset
- Passion for AI, new technologies, and innovation
- Fast learner comfortable in a dynamic, international environment
- Fluent Slovak and English (written and spoken)
- It's a plus if you have experience with: Microsoft AI & productivity tools (Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI), prompt engineering, SQL, Python, data analytics, process automation, agile methodologies, or business transformation.

Monthly Gross Salary
Starting from EUR 1.600 monthly, but can be higher depending on experience and qualifications.
