Sr. Marketing Manager – Vault Roofing Location: Remote, in CST/EST time zone with some travel required to local markets About Allstar Services Allstar Services, a Morgan Stanley Capital Partners portfolio company, is a leading provider of roofing services with a collection of roofing brands across the United States. Vault Roofing, part of Allstar Services, serves homeowners across 20+ locations in the Midwest, Ohio Valley, Mid-Atlantic, Carolinas, and Northeast.

We are looking for a talented Sr. Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy, planning, and execution for Vault Roofing across both its current markets and its expansion markets. This role is ideal for a results-driven, multi-dimensional marketer who pairs creative thinking with an analytical mindset, brings intellectual curiosity, and takes a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Role Overview The Sr. Marketing Manager – Vault Roofing will play a critical role in strengthening Vault's established markets and launching new ones.

This individual will own marketing plans that generate quality leads and appointments across 20+ locations, setting a holistic vision and a consistent brand across every market while staying focused on the details that make each individual site successful. The role blends creative and analytical work: developing compelling campaigns, content, and collateral, then using data to understand what's working and where to invest.

It requires a builder mindset: someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, multitask across channels and tactics, lead and develop a Marketing Coordinator, and build scalable processes and plans.
