Our focus is on the health and safety of our teammates as well as work-life balance and diversity and inclusion. From generous benefits to a variety of employee resource groups, we strive to build paths that encourage employees to stretch themselves professionally. We want to help you grow, develop, and learn new things. You’re constantly evolving, so shouldn’t your opportunities be, too?

Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. • Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting that provide stakeholders with accurate, timely, and intuitive views of key business metrics.
  • Engage with partners across marketing, trading, operations, digital, finance, product, and other functions to solve business questions with data and insights.
  • Partner with engineering, data management, and reporting teams to improve data availability, accuracy, and reliability for business analysis.
  • Apply structured and creative problem-solving to open-ended requests and new initiatives.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging analytics practices, technologies, and market trends while continuing to develop technical and business knowledge.
  • Apply AI-enabled analytics tools, including Snowflake CoCo and Microsoft Copilot, to accelerate analysis, improve productivity, and support responsible business use cases.

  • Proficiency in data visualization and data storytelling best practices.
  • Ability to investigate new datasets, perform data wrangling, and apply appropriate statistical or quantitative techniques.
