WIL is seeking a Hospital Finance Consultant for rural hospitals to help rural and critical access hospitals improve financial performance through revenue cycle, cost reporting, and reimbursement technical assistance. Required Experience in rural or critical access hospital finance, operations, or technical assistance Knowledge of Medicare cost reporting and reimbursement Revenue cycle and financial performance-improvement experience Experience training or advising hospital leaders Comfortable as a project-based contract collaborator; remote US Nice to have CPA, FHFMA, or CHFP CFO or COO experience at a rural hospital Experience with hospitals in the Appalachian region
