Role Overview: The Subcontract Procurement Administrator will provide administrative and coordination support to the subcontract procurement process, from subcontractor onboarding and prequalification through to tender administration and pre-award activities.
Working closely with the Head of Commercial Offsite, Quantity Surveyors (QS), project teams and internal departments, the role will ensure subcontractor information is accurate, compliant and up to date, tender enquiries are issued and tracked efficiently, and all procurement documentation is maintained in a clear and auditable manner. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting effective subcontractor engagement, procurement planning and the timely delivery of offsite modular MEP solutions for mission-critical data centre projects.
