Summary

Lead the central Go To Market execution and programs function for Amadeus Advertising. Partner with Advertising GTM segment teams and other Amadeus functions to translate segment strategies and BU priorities into coordinated launches, GTM programs, events, awareness activities, sales-facing materials and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

Drive BU growth by leading the central Advertising GTM Activation & Programs function, including GTM cadence, launch activation, commercial programs, events, materials and cross-functional execution;

Partner with Advertising GTM Teams (Airlines, Hospitality, and Destinations) to translate segment strategies into scalable activation plans and sales-facing materials;

Support the overarching Advertising BU narrative and strategic storyline across leadership presentations, commercial materials, internal updates, event content and external-facing messages;

Coordinate launch activation after RTM readiness approval with RTM & Market Readiness, Product, Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth, Customer Growth & Retention, Sales, Marketing, Communications and Customer Performance;

Manage and develop the team, setting priorities, coaching team members, building bench strength and promoting a culture of accountability, speed, collaboration, quality and continuous improvement.

About the ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, business, communications, product marketing, strategy or related field;
• Significant experience in GTM activation, commercial programs, product marketing, program management, events, sales-facing content or cross-functional commercial execution;
• Strong understanding of advertising, segment-led GTM, travel technology, SaaS products, sales activation and cross-functional commercial execution;
• English required; additional languages helpful;
• Strong project management and team management;
• Availability to travel.
