Location: Fort Meade, MD Security Clearance: Active Secret or higher Job Type: Full-Time Target Salary Range*: $190,000 - $230,000 *This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary Position Overview: The ICAM SME will work under the CTO organization to support proposal efforts and activities through the Other Transaction Authority (OTA) phase.

Following the anticipated program award in August, the individual is expected to transition into a Chief Engineer/Architect role on the program. This position requires a senior technical professional with extensive ICAM and enterprise federation experience, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide ICAM subject matter expertise in support of the CTO organization.

Support proposal development and related technical efforts through the OTA phase. Apply enterprise-level federation experience to support ICAM-related efforts. Contribute technical expertise to program development and architecture planning. Prepare and present technical information effectively to stakeholders. Prepare to assume Chief Engineer/Architect responsibilities following the anticipated program award. Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant professional experience.

Experience with ICAM and enterprise-level federation. An active Secret security clearance is required. Experience with Okta, Delinea, Microsoft technologies, and identity stack technologies. Cloud experience. Strong technical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: An active Top Secret (TS) security clearance.

Experience with Zero Trust.
