The internal auditor is responsible for conducting reviews of assigned organizational and functional activities.

What will your job look like?

Will be primarily responsible for SOX testing in India but will also be assigned on Global Internal Audit projects as per project needs and skill sets and should be comfortable to work with Audit Directors across the globe.

The position reports to the Internal Audit Director in India who leads the Internal Audit division for India.

The position is eligible for International Travel based on project needs and skills sets

You will conduct reviews of business process controls, ITGC controls, applications controls, and key reports testing

All you need is...

Should be a CA /CPA with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in SOX Testing.

Experience of Internal Audits in IT companies would be an added advantage

Ability to conduct independent fieldwork as per SOX cycle and align with process owners on findings and recommendations.

Mindset to proactively seek relevant education and training opportunities.

Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance in India and exposure to various laws such as Labor Law, Taxations etc.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to interact with people across the globe.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Data Analysis is a must. Will have an opportunity to use other data analytics tools.

Ability to work with people across the globe with different cultures

Sound knowledge of IT General Controls

Good Exposure to SAP
