Paralegal – Real Estate Finance (Islamic Finance) Are you a conveyancing paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to work with high-quality institutional clients? Are you looking to deepen your experience in real estate finance while being part of a supportive, specialist team? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-driven Paralegal to join our Real Estate Finance team, with a particular focus on Islamic Finance.

This is a chance to work at a top 50 law firm on interesting residential property transactions for leading financial institutions, in a role that offers responsibility and genuine development opportunities. The Role You will be part of a close-knit, collaborative team acting for Islamic finance institutions that provide home purchase and buy-to-let facilities to their customers. As these are Sharia-compliant facilities, customers are separately represented, and your role will focus on: Reviewing and assessing due diligence completed by customers’ solicitors Managing transactions through to completion Ensuring matters progress efficiently, accurately and to a high standard This role is ideally suited to a paralegal with experience in residential conveyancing, commercial conveyancing or real estate finance, who enjoys juggling multiple matters and working to deadlines.

This role will be based in our Birmingham office on a flexible hybrid basis.
