Principal Talent Acquisition Partner

As a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at ADI, you will serve as a senior strategic talent advisor to executive business leaders, driving transformative recruiting solutions in complex, high-impact, and globally distributed environments. This elevated role requires you to architect and implement enterprise-grade sourcing strategies, influence mission-critical hiring decisions at the executive level, and forge deep partnerships across the organization and beyond.

You will lead the most complex and visible search initiatives, mentor and develop recruiters across multiple teams, and serve as a recognized authority who significantly shapes ADI’s ability to attract and secure industry-leading talent in the most competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Client Management — Establish yourself as a trusted talent advisor to senior and executive leaders, developing deep understanding of long-term business strategy and translating it into comprehensive talent acquisition strategies with minimal direction. Lead and oversee all recruiting efforts for your client group regionally and cross-functionally, serving as the primary talent authority for senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced Candidate Sourcing — Architect the design and execution of sourcing strategies focused on candidate quality to build robust pipelines of passive candidates for the most critical, senior, and hard-to-fill roles, utilizing cutting-edge tools, AI-driven methodologies, and advanced talent intelligence platforms.
  • Process Optimization — Analyze recruitment metrics, market trends, and competitive intelligence to continuously improve hiring methodologies, recommending and leading process enhancements that drive efficiency and quality across the talent acquisition function and broader organization. Be a player-coach and drive these optimizations throughout the recruiting organization.
  • Stakeholder Influence — Represent talent acquisition perspectives in executive-level business discussions, influencing strategic hiring decisions and providing data-driven insights on talent market conditions, competitive intelligence, and long-term workforce planning.
  • Diversity Pipeline Development — Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through innovative sourcing approaches that broaden candidate pools and enhance representation across all levels of the organization, with particular focus on senior and executive-level diversity hiring.
  • Team Leadership — Provide guidance, mentorship, and development to less experienced talent acquisition professionals, leading complex projects and promoting teamwork within the talent function without formal management authority. Elevate the capabilities of the broader recruiting team through knowledge sharing, training, and best-practice development.
  • Employer Brand Advocacy — Significantly contribute to the development and communication of ADI’s employer value proposition, creating compelling narratives that resonate with top-tier passive candidates and position ADI as an employer of choice in the industry.

Must Have Skills

  • Consultative Partnership — Demonstrate mastery in functioning as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders, providing talent market insights that inform business planning, workforce strategy, and anticipating hiring needs well before they arise.
  • Advanced Search Techniques — Expert proficiency in Boolean search, talent mapping methodologies, and data-driven persona development to identify and engage highly specialized talent in competitive global markets.
  • Candidate Experience Design — Sophisticated ability to create personalized, high-touch recruitment experiences that successfully convert passive candidates into engaged applicants and ultimately new employees.
  • Strategic Influence — Proven capability to effectively communicate complex talent acquisition concepts to diverse audiences, including executive leadership, influencing decisions and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders and business units.
  • Data Driven — Strong proficiency in interpreting recruitment metrics and market intelligence to develop targeted sourcing strategies and provide strategic guidance to hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Relationship Building — Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain extensive networks of passive candidates, creating talent communities for future organizational needs.
  • Problem Solving — Advanced capability to develop creative solutions to complex talent acquisition challenges that require in-depth analysis of variable factors across roles, markets, and business units.
