About the role We are looking for an experienced Associate Strategy Director to join our Brand & Communications team. In this role, you will lead the development of sustainability narratives, messaging frameworks and creative communications strategies for global clients across topics such as climate, nature, circularity and regenerative agriculture. You will combine research, insights and strategic thinking to help clients solve complex challenges through compelling brand and communications strategies.
Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will lead projects independently, build trusted client relationships and contribute to business growth and thought leadership. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sustainability communications, brand strategy, communications planning or strategic consulting, who can translate complex sustainability topics into engaging narratives, campaigns and creative propositions.
