About the role We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Global New Business Director to lead business growth across our key markets in the UK, Europe and the US. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll be responsible for building and converting a strong pipeline of opportunities, developing meaningful client relationships, and leading the agency's new business strategy.
Alongside driving revenue growth, you'll oversee marketing initiatives that raise Revolt's profile, strengthen our market positioning, and generate demand. We're looking for someone who understands the full marketing landscape, from brand and reputation building to sustainability communications, content, creative campaigns, and strategic consultancy. Equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the detail, you'll be a natural relationship builder, commercially astute, and passionate about helping businesses grow.
