The Opportunity

Are you ready to step away from traditional client servicing and focus on the part of advice you enjoy most? We're looking for an experienced Financial Planner to join our Go-To-Market team as a Wealth Solutions Partner in Sydney.

You will lead discovery conversations and convert warm internal leads into engaged Wealth clients, working closely with our Accounting and Wealth teams. Without the ongoing administration and compliance load of long-term client management, you'll deliver high-impact experiences at the very start of the client journey.

Your role, your contribution!

Meet and engage with new clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.

Manage the client advice process from lead screening through to engagement, and own your pipeline against your KPIs.

Partner with a team of trusted Findex Accountants and Wealth Advisers to unlock further advice opportunities within our internal client base.

Develop joint account plans with our Accounting team to position our Wealth Management services.

Connect clients with an Adviser for ongoing client work.

Make the most of a steady supply of leads from our Inbound and Outbound programs.

What you will bring to the role

Proven experience in a growth-focused Senior Financial Adviser role, having completed the FASEA exam and listed on the Adviser register.

Experience in a professional services environment, working alongside Accounting, Tax or Business Advisory teams (desirable).

Strong business development skills combined with a drive for growth.

Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills, and a collaborative approach.

A driven, self-motivated and relationship-focused mindset, with a passion for meeting new clients and helping them achieve financial success.

Ability to travel to Findex offices within the region.
