This is full-time onsite role based in our Pune, India office.

Why This Role Matters

As a Software Developer - Java, you will contribute to the design, development and delivery of scalable enterprise applications that support Hansen's strategic products. Working within an Agile Scrum team, you will build high-quality solutions, integrate APIs, and help drive innovation across digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, test and deploy Java and Spring Boot based applications and microservices.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and enterprise services.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with global teams.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and enhance existing products and platforms.
• Create technical documentation, code comments and solution designs.
• Contribute to CI/CD, code reviews and software quality initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security and SDLC standards.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

2-4 years of experience in Java development.

Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, SQL and REST APIs.

Understanding of Microservices, Docker and Kubernetes.

Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or GCP) is desirable.

Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.

Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle and CI/CD practices.

Exposure to Kafka, Redis, testing frameworks or monitoring tools is advantageous.

Interest in AI, Generative AI and modern development technologies is a plus.
