- Communicate effectively with relevant business units at every stage of the project execution to ensure input and concerns are addressed and actions are taken.
- Gather and analyze user requirements and translate into software design and specifications.
- Work on minor software developments, enhancements, bugs and issues.
- Monitor project implementation and report progress in a timely manner.
- Write reports regarding the status of software under development.
- Conduct software and system testing.
- Monitor the performance of internal software, applications, and systems.
- Attend and/or facilitate project meetings and discussions with relevant business units as required.
- Prepare documentation, presentations and reports as required.
- Support any ad-hoc and other duties as required in the department
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology or equivalent.
