About the Role

• We're seeking a hands-on Functional Test Engineer with strong Playwright automation and C# coding experience to join our team in Western Australia.
• You'll work across both manual functional testing and test automation, with a strong focus on developing and maintaining automated tests using Playwright and C#.
• We're looking for someone who is technically hands-on, comfortable writing automation code and capable of contributing to reliable, maintainable automated testing solutions.
• Australian Citizenship is mandatory, with eligibility to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and C#.
• Perform functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Write clean, reusable and maintainable automation code.
• Develop and enhance automated test coverage within existing testing frameworks.
• Investigate and troubleshoot automation failures, application defects and testing issues.
• Collaborate with developers, testers and technical teams to improve testing quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to test planning, execution, defect management and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

Strong hands-on Playwright automation experience using C#.

Proven C# coding skills, with the ability to independently write, maintain and debug automated test scripts.

Solid functional testing experience, including manual test design, execution and defect management.

Experience developing automated regression and end-to-end test scenarios.

Good understanding of test automation frameworks, coding practices and reusable test components.

Experience with API testing, CI/CD pipelines or Azure DevOps would be advantageous.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Australian Citizenship is mandatory, with eligibility to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.

Must be based in Western Australia.
