You'll work with leaders across the Group to forecast workforce demand, identify capability gaps, provide market intelligence and deliver insights that influence workforce and talent strategy.

  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition teams to convert workforce forecasts into recruitment strategies.
  • Working closely with operational, project, finance and executive stakeholders to support workforce planning outcomes.
  • Driving improvements in workforce analytics, reporting, automation and data quality.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of workforce planning frameworks, methodologies and best practice across the Group.

What we're looking for

You'll likely come from a workforce planning, workforce analytics, talent intelligence, people analytics or strategic planning background and be comfortable working with large data sets to tell a compelling story.

You'll bring

  • Experience in workforce analytics, workforce planning or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong capability in forecasting, modelling and scenario planning.
  • Advanced Power BI reporting and data visualisation skills.
  • The ability to translate complex data into practical business insights.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working with senior leaders.
  • A commercial mindset and an interest in linking workforce outcomes to business performance.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders, projects or business units/lines of business.
  • Why join us?
  • This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most significant infrastructure, engineering and resources projects in the region while helping shape the future workforce capability of the broader CIMIC Group.
  • You'll be part of a highly collaborative team, working on projects that combine workforce strategy, analytics, talent intelligence and business planning, with the scope to influence decisions at both an operational and executive level.
