The Advanced Associate Engineer will support MES Lite (SMAS / ABCR/ Oracle Fusion Integration) System Testing & Quality Assurance. He / She will assist SMAS feature upgrade & documentation. He will also provide production floor support & troubleshooting and assist on critical MES Lite / SMAS downtime support.
Execute Testing for new and upgraded MES Lite/ SMAS features and SMAS-Oracle Integration feature prior to production rollout.
Execute automated (autorun) test cases across all production stations for new OS versions, ensuring compatibility and stability.
Perform validation test for quarterly OS and database (DB) patching cycles.
Testing for the new SMAS server
Support setup and testing of the new MFG tester in coordination with the SZ team.
Assist to develop and publish new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the production team to follow upon SMAS feature deployment.
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes following all SMAS features upgrade discussions.
Serve as the first point of contact for SMAS-related issues reported on the production floor, providing immediate triage and resolution.
Escalate to the IT department to resolve LDK licensing issues affecting production operations.
Collaborate with the SMAS (SZ) team and production stakeholders to investigate and resolve SMAS issues.
Assist the production team in resolving iPad connectivity issues with SMAS, liaising with the IT team for network and device troubleshooting.
Assist machine request and allocation processes with the Production Team Lead for testing purposes.
Provide responsive support for urgent SMAS production issues to minimize downtime and operational disruption.
Knowledge & Experience requirements
- 3+ years industry experience, semiconductor working experience is preferred
- Experience in data collection and report compilation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Capable in performing algorithm test & troubleshooting according to written instructions
- Ability to read software and wire bonding process documentation
- Basic knowledge of software and user interface testing skills
- Working experience in manufacturing equipment will be a plus
- Training experience related to wire bonding process, programming language like C and Python and Artificial Intelligent will be a plus

- Diploma with technical level

- Willingness to work overtime on weekdays and weekends with short notification time
