As a Total Rewards Accountant, reporting to a Global Total Rewards Accounting Manager, you will play a senior role within a globalised team. With a focus on Total Rewards benefits and compensation processes, you will aim to drive efficiencies through innovation and global alignment.

Working in collaboration with and offering full support to your regional manager and H2R leadership team, you will look to continually seek to review, enhance, and improve in all areas of accounting processes and business partnering.
You will have a strong customer focus, partnering with corporate, regional, and local teams to meet deliverables, support analysis, and enhance the customer experience for our key stakeholders.
You will play an active and senior role in aiming to automate, acquire new tasks, and add value to the global team and H2R.
Complete US GAAP close, analysis & reporting for all total rewards accounting processes.
High volume JV & BS Reconciliation preparation & ownership while ensuring accuracy & compliance.
Own multiple global tasks (Relocation recharges & Accruals, International assignee recharges) for the TRA team and execute to a high standard. Globally align where required.
Own the hard calls while operating under limited supervision. Exercise own judgment and initiative for obtaining results.
Continually aim to identify batching, automation & Innovation opportunities. Add value where possible.
Become a natural leader within the team.
Continually self-develop with the support of your manager & peers.
Network at the next level. Have a focus on the impacts of decisions and what business partners at all levels may need to know. Understanding of who to inform & include.

5+ years of relevant accounting experience
US GAAP experience required
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
Qualified Accountant
Strong SAP & Excel skills are essential
Experience of Dataiku is an advantage
