You will develop a Power App (hosted on SharePoint) that enables different sites to upload their data directly into a centralized platform. The solution will display real-time status by region and integrate seamlessly with Tableau dashboards for rich, interactive visualization — giving leadership one single source of truth and eliminating manual consolidation.
You'll play a hands-on role in delivering a real, enterprise-scale automation solution that creates a lasting operational impact across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a Power App hosted on SharePoint that allows multiple sites to upload and submit their regional data directly.
- Design a centralized status dashboard to display progress and key operation metrics by region in real time.
- Integrate the Power App data with Tableau to enable live, interactive dashboard visualization.
- Consolidate and streamline data sources across SharePoint, Excel, and Smartsheet into a single automated pipeline.
- Automate repetitive data workflows using Power Automate to reduce manual effort and errors.
- Test, document, and refine the solution based on feedback from regional stakeholders.
Desired Skills Required
- Familiarity or strong interest in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of Tableau for dashboard design and data visualization.
- Comfortable with Excel and data structuring; exposure to Smartsheet is a plus.
- A problem-solver who enjoys automating repetitive tasks and simplifying complex processes.
