Technical Application Implementation Consultant – Patch OEE

About the role

As a Technical Application Implementation Consultant for Patch OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), you’ll help manufacturing customers improve their performance by translating business and operational needs into effective software solutions.

You’ll manage implementations from requirements gathering and configuration through training, go-live and ongoing support. Combining customer interaction with technical problem-solving, you’ll become a product expert and trusted advisor to customers worldwide.

The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in our Sassenheim office, and includes occasional travel to customer sites internationally.

What you’ll do

• Manage customer implementations from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, training and go-live.
• Understand customers’ operational challenges and translate them into practical Patch OEE solutions.
• Manage approximately 4–6 implementation projects simultaneously, typically lasting 8–10 weeks.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues using application data, configuration, logs and, where relevant, SQL.
• Deliver product demonstrations and customer training, including Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Build strong product knowledge and advise customers on how to get the most value from Patch OEE.
• Collaborate with development and technical teams to resolve issues and share customer feedback.
• Contribute to improvements in the product, implementation methods and customer support processes.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software implementation, application support or a similar technical customer-facing role, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Strong customer communication, consulting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into software solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence troubleshooting technical issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required.
• Experience with manufacturing software, OEE, production environments or Food & Beverage is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, application servers, Microsoft Azure and scripting such as PowerShell or Python is also beneficial, but not essential. Technical aptitude, curiosity and willingness to learn are just as important.
